The EU Presidency released a revised draft of the ePrivacy Regulation.

The draft has failed to make any significant amendments to the sections and recitals affecting charities and not-for-profits.

The Draft Regulation will be discussed at the meeting of the Working Party on Telecommunications and Information Society held on 22nd October 2019.
